Terms & Conditions

Intellectual Property Terms and Conditions:

  1. The artist who uses the SneakHeads® canvas, whether physical or digital, understands that the intellectual property and copyright of the physical shape of the model belongs to SneakHeads Ltd.

  2. The artist acknowledges that they hold the intellectual property rights to their original work and that they will be entitled to royalties when such is used for the commercial production of items that clearly show the original artwork, provided that the design, decoration, or artwork does not infringe on any existing IP.

  3. In order to enact the attribution of creators' IP, SneakHeads Ltd will need to know the contact details for the individual or organization.

  4. SneakHeads Ltd reserves the right to use artwork and depictions on their SneakHeads® characters in publicity and marketing and may do so without prior consent.

  5. By an artist submitting their artwork to our community collection(s), they are agreeing to the above conditions.

  6. SneakHeads Ltd may remove artwork or refuse its inclusion in a collection if we feel that it may be inflammatory and/or cause offense.

  7. The artist agrees to indemnify and hold SneakHeads Ltd harmless from any and all claims, damages, expenses, or costs arising from any alleged or actual infringement of any intellectual property rights in the artwork created by the artist.

  8. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms and Conditions shall be resolved by arbitration in accordance with the Arbitration Rules of the United Kingdom.

  9. These Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement between SneakHeads Ltd and the artist and supersede all prior negotiations, understandings, and agreements between the parties.

  10. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom.

By using the SneakHeads® canvas, the artist agrees to the above terms and conditions.
